To make your time at Villa Salamandra Senselle unforgettable, safe and non-invasive to the nature surrounding the building, we have prepared for you, this short rental regulation.

Accommodations and accommodation

Hour
The rental day starts at 4 p.m. You can arrive at the property at any time after this hour. Check-out takes place by 10:00 a.m. of the last day of your stay.

Condition
If you notice any defects or damage after entering the cottage, please inform us immediately.

Shoes
We would very much like to ask you not to walk around the house in the shoes you walk outside in. Both the house and you will certainly benefit from this.

What to do when you check out

1. Close all windows.
2. Switch off electronic devices.
3. Turn off the water in the taps/shower.
4. Dispose of rubbish. Waste segregation is compulsory on the premises. The fee for not complying with this rule is 200 pln.
5. Lock the bungalow and hand it over to the owner.

Deposit

A deposit of PLN 1,000 for the whole stay is applicable, to be refunded on the day of check-out. The Lessee is responsible for any damage caused during his/her stay in the Villa and on the grounds of the plot by covering the costs of repairing the damaged facilities or equipment. If the value of the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the Tenant undertakes to cover the full cost of the damage, on the day of check-out.

Children

Safety is of utmost importance to us, therefore we ask that children are closely supervised by adults throughout their stay. We are not responsible for their safety or ingenuity.

SPA

Please use the jacuzzi sensibly, please call me if you have any technical problems.

Parking

Cars may only be parked in the car park or in front of the main entrance.
Cars must not have any dirt fluid leaks.

Electric car charger

The use of the electric car charger is only possible after prior notification to staff. The charging charge is PLN 2 for each kilowatt hour (kWh) of energy consumed.

Remaining terms and conditions

1. The Tenant is obliged to use the Villa in accordance with its characteristics and intended use.
2. The technical condition of the facilities and equipment, as well as the aesthetics of the cottage premises and its surroundings, must not be, on the day of deletion, in a deteriorated state in relation to the state in which it was handed over to the Lessee. The Tenant shall be responsible for any damage that occurs during the Tenant's stay in the Villa and on the grounds of the plot, and shall cover the costs of repairing the damaged facilities or equipment. The Lessee undertakes to cover the full cost of repairing the damage, on the day the cottage is returned.
3. Only the persons included in the booking may stay in the cottage and on the plot at any time.
4. External visitors are not permitted.
5. The Landlord undertakes to observe order and health and safety regulations in and around the cottage to ensure fire safety, failure to comply with fire regulations is the full responsibility of the Tenant.
6. The use of firecrackers, fireworks, fireworks, etc. is strictly prohibited on the premises.
7. Smoking may only take place outside the Villa's premises.
8. The Landlord may not assign the Villa to third parties.
9. The hirer undertakes to hand over the Villa specified in the contract on time, as the last day of stay, and to pay the rental fee.
10. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Tourist Services shall apply accordingly.
